His online support is uncanny.. that's the second instance I've read of a WoW rally for him, the first being Lyions link.

If his entire online support turns out to vote in the primaries, he still has an uphill battle but I think he stands a real chance.

Working on base of course everyone automatically writes him off saying he just can't win because he's an independent, they also all think that Obama is muslim.. it's ignorance, really, but most of the base is neocons.

nah; it's a common belief among anyone who sees his name and passes judgment and doesn't bother to research him.

my dad for example cringed when I said that I'm supporting Paul and Obama mostly - he said that he will never support a muslim and that they're trying to kill Americans, and that God made us the defenders of the world and electing a muslim to office would ruin the country

My dad is actually worse than Mindia was in his worst phase when it comes to that, because my dad preaches all that stuff but he doesn't even go to church and as we speak he's off in some other state with a married woman, the epitome of hypocritical really.

my dad and I couldn't be more different, and I don't think that happened by coincidence. i saw what he was and consciously decided to go the complete opposite way by means of 'dear god, i never want to grow up to be like that.'

he's a decent man if you don't discuss anything regarding any sort of moral, political, racial, or religious stance.. I don't know how he and my mom were ever married, she's so different than he is. for a time i thought my dad was one of a kind, then i started working on base...... frightening, really.

oh no doubt she's contributed, but many people don't even bother to research that far - they see his name and assume.
