I wouldn't have a problem with a woman president as long as she was qualified and could do the job. The problem is that, in this day and age, if a woman were to run she'd get votes just BECAUSE she was a woman and not because of her qualifications. That's just how stupid the American voter is.

Dieken brought up an interesting point and I wanted to see if he was right. I wouldn't just because she was a woman. She needs to be qualified definitely.

I personally wouldn't vote for a woman unless I felt she was qualified and would be able to do the job. Liekwise I wouldn't vote for anyone whom I didn't think could do the job. Unfortunatly, I think there would be a large population of people who would see an opertunity to get a woman in office and vote for her regardless of her qualifactions.

I wouldn't vote for a women because I tend to be a chauvinist pig. Its my little way of balancing out the universe. Women already have way more liberties and freedoms than men and the last thing we need is a chick menstrating in the oval office.

If she was better qualified, then yes I would vote for her, but just because she was a woman no. I do think it would be interesting to have a female pres She would have to be the better person for the job than her opponent for me to vote for her. I would not vote for Hillary for example because I dont like her politics
