Rally for the Republic

So I went to Ron Paul's Rally for the Republic at the Target Center in Minneapolis on Tuesday. It was an all day event with a bunch of speakers and such, and it was my first time attending any sort of political event. It was interesting, but some people there were crazy. Seriously, crazy. I think I'd include one of the speakers, Jesse Ventura, as one of the crazies. Some comments Jesse made caused the emcee (Tucker Carlson) to walk out on the event, even though Tucker asked everyone to "respect views that are not our own" at the beginning. I thought that was amusing.

One of the highlights of the event, for me, was hearing Lew Rockwell say, "You got owned."



I'd post pictures, but my cheap digital camera couldn't get much of anything worthwhile from where my seats were.
