Rock the Vote joins with AARP

According to the political director of Rock The Vote: "To us, it's totally black and white. This is the first generation ever that would be asked to pay for their own retirement and Social Security at the same time. This is what private accounts do. They saddle young people with an unfair burden."

:eyecrazy:

So, it's ok to saddle young people with paying for someone's else's Social Security as well their own retirement but it's not ok to saddle them with paying for their own Social Security and retirement?
Inside each person lives two wolves. One is loyal, kind, respectful, humble and open to the mystery of life. The other is greedy, jealous, hateful, afraid and blind to the wonders of life. They are in battle for your spirit. The one who wins is the one you feed.

Trying to make sense of it doesn't work. You have to FEEL it. You have to let your emotions get involved!

HATE SENSIBILITY! LOVE IRRATIONAL FEAR!

It's the wave of the future.

the reason its hard to figure out is that assinine comment from the director of rock the vote.

First off last election they failed miserably.. same with Vote or Die.

2nd.. seeing as we are gonna be over burdended with paying for the Baby Boomers much more and lose ALL the money that is going into SS, he is a moron.

Just like the CEO of AARP.. who said on Special Report with Brit Hume

"Private accounts are risky"

Jim Engle (sittin in for Hume): "well they can make money, or we can raise benfits and have no private accounts"

CEO of AARP "Well then the SS payers don't make money from private accounts."

HOW that makes sense i don't kno... don't do private accounts but then complain you won't save anything without them... fuckin stupid
