Sean Penn
It's like a modern day fable. Mr. Penn has been very vocal about relief not getting to those who need it quickly enough. SO he decides to take matters into his own hands and go save those that need help. In his haste however, he forgot to take the drain plug out of his boat before putting it in the water... and apparently forgot to bring a bucket to bail water out of his boat as well.

They think government should confiscate people's earnings and give them to farmers and insolvent banks. With the boat loaded with members of Penn's entourage, including a personal photographer, one bystander taunted the actor: "How are you going to get any people in that thing?"
I want to see a picture of the boat, hehe.
