The fix for Time travel

I believe it would simply throw the universe into a paradox. You would kill him, but then you would not be born, so then you would not be able to grow up and time travel back to kill him because you would not exist.

Now since you were not born, there is no one to time travel back and kill him, so he DOES have a chance to reproduce, and thus you are born and are able to travel back in time and kill him.

Back and forth back and forth for eternity or until God gets fed up and steps on your time machine.
