Lots of polish people in WI, and I've never heard of it o.O

Granted I've only been here two years.. but I never heard of it in VA, either.

theyre really fattening filled donuts, jellys, creams and what not. somethin like twice the ingredients of a normal donut, it started out in hamtramack (polish town in detroit) as a "fat tuesday" thing. one last splurge before lent.

i was just wonderin if its spreading or not, cause they make a pretty big deal about it around detroit. apparently it has quite a bit if theyre in nebraska.

ya they only have them a few times a year at our local grocery stores so it's kind of a big deal when they're here, they get advertised and stuff. SO GOOD.

i had to look it up but yeah I have run accross a few of these. taste great but good lord the thing gave me the green apple trots for 2 days. I like them..they jst dont like me

My dad used "green apple trots" the other day. He had to explain hisself. My aunt laughed at me.

I 'm not one for jelly filled anything, it hurts my teeth. I prefer the King Cakes.
