Mailed the fuckin movies back on wednesday..they still haven't reported receiving them...can anyone vouch for the blockbuster service not performing in this manner as well?

Due to the current situation of limited internet bandwidth, you are limited to either posting here on NT or receiving acknowledgement e-mails from Netflix. We apologize that you cannot do both at this time. Thank you for your patience.

I just cancelled Netflix. The 10 movies I want to see have been in Long wait for over a month. I'm done.

Just use the torrents and donate 2.00 to your favorite charity, that way it won't seem so illegal LOL

or try moving to the civilized world. We have a netflix distribution center here in town. We get our movies the day after they receive them.

I've said it before..we used to get our movies the next day too. (DC is about an hour away) They are faking not receiving them etc etc...closest movie store is about 45 minutes away since a guy shot half of the staff at the local blockbuster. Guess I'll have to move to a more civilized locale to rent them but it still doesn't change the fact that netflix is a bunch of fuckin douchebags.

Yah..same here. there is a distribution center in columbia, just two hours away and then, all of sudden-it started taking days instead and we noticed they were coming from california and other states...

I think we're done also. And for brinstar-it's not laziness. the attraction was the convenience, the turnaround time, and the fact that they literally have anything in stock pretty much anytime. the popular movies you have to wait for..which-we haven't had to wait for anything. they just all of a sudden started sucking.

My biggest issue with Netflix was that they never had any quality control. Half the time the dvd's never worked.

I've never really had an issue with Netflix. I think maybe only 2 or 3 DVDs ever have not worked for us, and they always sent us a replacement in short order. A couple DVDs have gotten lost in the mail getting to us, but they send a replacement no questions asked, and if the original set ever shows up, I just return them. No complaints here. But again - I live right next to a distribution center, too, and our service is still basically next day.

I can completely understand -why- they do, all I ask is that they'd be up front about it and have some truth in advertising.

Tell me exactly how many I can rent without getting throttled, etc and stop saying "Unlimited, OMG, have fun, we rock!"
