This is both cool as hell and creepy as hell.

Mini robot completely controlled by part of the brain of a rat that's running it over a wireless link.

If they get that link working with full brains, and higher animals? The potential applications are infinite. Still pretty creepy though...

ok now that the standard /. reply is done i also find this rather scary. all we need now is cyberdyne corporation making a controller chip.
