they're just words. they have little bearing on reality. the real difference comes in to play when you actually read ingredient lists. if you think adding things you can't even pronounce to your food is a good idea, you're already fucked
there's plenty of "science" that supports the *fact* that chemical additives are terrible. it's just the FDA that's okaying it. all these things are invented and implemented to save money. the shit on frying oil makes it break down slower. the wax coating on tomatoes makes them stay alive when they're shipped up from mexico. you can tell me as much as you want that it's healthy to accept these practices but i'm just not going to. sorry. it's disgusting. it ruins the taste of the ingredients. science doesn't help food. it just helps its industry be more lucrative
