Carfax reports are your friends.

I would go buy a Hyundai brand new with little to no options short of AC and the 100k warranty.

Seriously. Payments should be cheap.

KIA is one of the least reliable cars out there. Hyundai has become much better in the last few years, and they are vey cheap still.

Didn't you just get a new(er) car?

Why not get a mid-nineties Volvo? It would probably go further, be safer, have more features, and you could say that you drive the same car as the 4th richest man in the world.

Reuters
His fortune was recently estimated at $28 billion by Forbes magazine -- trailing only Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, U.S. investor Warren Buffett and Mexican industrialist Carlos Slim.

"People say I am cheap and I don't mind if they do. But I am very proud to follow the rules of our company," Kamprad told French-language Swiss Broadcasting Corporation.

Asked to confirm he drove an old Volvo, he said: "She is nearly new, just 15 years old, or something like that."

I'd be very careful about buying a Kia, especially a used one.

YEah in December. I can't afford the payments on it anymore as I am not in the same line of work, and I really need air conditioning.

I hope you're selling it for what you owe otherwise your payments will be messed up.
