No one said New Orleans

And only Ganzo was well rounded enough to mention cities not in North America :ugh: Americans suck and Canadians are whiny fucks. First chance I get I am off this damn continent. The only thing keeping me here is my kids and my grandmother, but as soon as the kids are somewhat grown (or at least old enough to fly internationally alone) I am going on world tour and I havent any plans of ever coming back Altho I will probably keep my American citizenship

New Orleans
Athens Greece
Sydney Austrailia
Amsterdam Holland
Florence Italy
London England
Thailand (I cant remember the name of the city I was researching a while back, but not Bangkok o.0)
Tokyo Japan

Ganzo lives in Detroit. He can be forgiven for not having a good opinion of US cities as he lives in the bottom of the barrel.

Your list is interesting in it has some of the nastiest shithole places in the fucking universe.

Nobody in their right mind who's been to Athens, Amsterdam, Florence, New Orleans pre hot tub, or 99% of Thailand would want to live there. I've been to all those places, and even my dirtbag womanizing ralf life friends wouldn't live in any of them.

Those places may seem cosmopolitan, but when you actually visit them you'll be surprised how nasty they are, and not at all good to live in.
Visit yes. Live, no.

My top 2 were outside the US thanks. Have to say though that it would be really hard to give up US cities for some of the ones you have listed. Have you ever been to them?

I will win the lottery and buy a big house in Seattle and then hire a hot asian girl names Kim Ngeyun to be my house maid.

When you grow up you won't need or want the time to pass quicker. ;) hehe

Yeah you're probably right. I mean, I do like the quiet countryside and the suburbs, but I feel really in my element in a busy city environment.

I disagree that Boston residents are unfriendly *shrug*

If I had a choice I'd live just outside the city in Brookline, in the hills. I stayed there for a little while and it was beautiful and peaceful.

Detroit was complete and utterly disgusting, seemed like Boston in the center of it, move barely outside and it's fucking gross.

i didn't think upstate new york was very scenic compared to Vermont and Maine, but parts of southern pennsylvania are pretty nice.

Vancouver is also a lot nicer than Seattle due to the fact it has one of the best public transit systems of any city in the world, you can catch an elevated train anywhere in the city and then use the same ticket you got for the train to catch a bus connection to your destination for like maybe 4 dollars total. In contrast, Seattle has some of the worst traffic of any city in North America and a laughable public transit system.

Minneapolis metro public transit is shit. They have 1 light rail route from the airport to downtown... for 3+ million people. LAME. The bus system is decent but we really need more light rail.

Yep Yep not to mention it was recently the worst city on a 'how much you will make' / 'how much you will spend'

Housing is overpriced for anything semi decent here.

I think the problem with the public transit system is it was pretty good in the early 90's and when the town exploded in the amount of people here, they never upgraded it much.
