Well, like I said, I just got my management degree. At both Gordon and Werner, *most* of the managers started off as drivers, and both of those companies promote from within. That's my goal. To drive for at least a year, maybe 2 or 3, do the best job I can (on-time deliveries, taking care of the rig, maintaining a safe driving record, etc.), then hopefully I will get promoted into management. Managers work at the terminals and drop yards, and Sacramento has that. If not, then there's always the opportunity to become an owner/operator.
And of course your extremely charming personality and strict christian demeanor.
