Be fair, Mindia, every single politician on the planet spends ages and ages making sure they look just so when they're going to appear in public. You don't think, say, Dan Quayle did exactly the same thing, or Bush, or Reagan, etc? I can assure you every last one of them did that, or something akin to that.

For you or me to go through that much trouble, sure, silly. Politician, news anchor, etc... their entire career depends on looking just right, so that's just how it is.

PS. Loved the movies of Ann Cunter getting owned. :)

$$ says that Ginz and Jay spend more than the 2 minutes he did on their hair in the morning.

And really, if he had gone on air with some hair sticking up or with hair getting in his face, youo would be posting *that* video with this exact same title, so shut the fuck up. We get it. We do. You dont like these people. But it only makes you look like an ignorant dumbass when you go around making these threads.

I wasnt trying to "own" you or whatever. Its just youre agrivating when you make these threads. Same goes for the people on the other side of the political spectrum. Its not just you...though you make more threads than "my" side.

Actually it only takes like 20 seconds. I just rub the clay on my hands, work it into the hair and done. One of the best things about my hairstyle is its so low maintenance.

You actually like J.E. (aka Mr. Breck girl)? I didn't think anybody really liked him. I have to wonder at this point how many people are going to give him sympathy votes because of his wife.

I just wish the Dems would conjur up a worthy presidential candidate... a fiscal conservative, many years of experience in the political arena, at least a moderate on social issues, a good businessman (or woman), and good on foreign relations. It's really too bad that Zel Miller retired. He would have been the best, and might actually have gotten my vote if he ran.

Outside of the fact he's a trial laywer, how can you not like Edwards?

He's a generally affable, nice guy who represents what's right with American politics. Contrast him to Howard Dean....

The first thing he's going to do (if he wins) is to raise taxes (substantially)for his stupid health care reform idea.

If I had the choice to pay more taxes for health care or going to war with the world, I'd probably opt for higher taxes.

I fail to see why the concept of actually providing health care to the poorer half of society is a Bad Thing. You want them to have no way of getting well when they get sick? What about parents who work low-wage jobs who can't afford insurance, and their 6 year old gets pneumonia? You're fine with that kid dying?

Furthermore, don't spout off to me about programs in place, I am speaking from experience here as someone who HAS gotten sick without insurance that those programs lower the costs, but anything major still leaves you owing thousands of dollars you can't afford to pay.

No, Universal health care is something that this country is in dire need of. We are, last I checked, the only major western nation that does NOT have some system of universal care. That's unconscionable.

Did you know that in the U.S. if you get sick and have to go to the hospital, that hospital must provide care for you regardless of whether you have insurance or not? Yeah, you'll get the bill later, and it may be an astronomical amount, but the fact remains that they have to provide health care to you no matter what.
