Examples would be: Chun-Li the kung fu interpol agent, El Fuerte the Mexican luchador burrito chef, Rufus the fat white biker, Balrog the money grubbing black boxer/street thug, and Vega the Spanish androgynous cage fighter/narcissist. While the origins of most Street Fighter characters are rooted in racial stereotypes and are indeed racist, I personally find it satirical and harmlessly funny rather than actually racist.
