Question for college students

Postby The Kizzy » Wed Jun 08, 2005 10:29 am

So I have to register for my fall classes next week, and I have to have 12 hours to be considered full time. Biology is 4 credit hours but 6 actual hours, so do I count that as 4 or 6?

you pay by the credit hour, so if its listed as 4 credit hours i would have to say 4. not 6.

that sucks, I will have to take 4 classes a semester, and I wont have all my pre reqs done until after spring so I can take my test for the wating list for nursing which is a two year wait, which means I will be done with all my classes a whole year before I can start the actual nursing classes. This is discouraging.

yeah it's however many credits it lists, not how many hours per week. usually the two are correlated but sometimes not. i've also had a one hour a week class that was worth 4 upper division credits
