Whoa!

Hmm, well I think I might be a priest again or maybe a druid but we shall see, I might get my hands on a copy today and log on tonight if all goes according to plan...

Also, is there any obscure trade skill void that needs to be filled?

Druids... definitely. We'll have 3 or 4 high level priests... but only 1 druid so far. Druids or Magi are the biggest holes IMO.

Tradeskills... probably leatherworking is the least I've seen... that and smithing, but aten might get back into that.

yeah, I'll be doing smithing.

Perhaps gathering skills would be the best option?

what exactly is the point of smithing in this guild again? no one wants what you can make but when they do, they have no components, you tell them what it will cost to buy and they just buy from someone willing to go cheaper. save your money and skip the tradeskills

Yeah. I love druids... they are probably my favorite class to have in a group alongside me. My perfect group would be something like...

Warrior
Priest
Rogue
Druid
Misc

Replace druid with "Shaman" and I agree with you.

Besides a buff, druids are useless.

My standard group is Warrior, Priest, Rogue, Druid, Warlock. It owns.

Paladin and Mage would both be great for that misc spot though, but we'd never get rid of our warlock. We've grown to be dependant on summons, and warlocks can be much more helpful than you might initially think. Blood Pact is always nice, felbeast pet can dispell (both on friendly characters, such as removing hex and on mobs to remove haste and such). Also, soulstones make wiping to stupid bugs something to laugh about, because you get back up and running in under a minute.

I'd think the main argument for a Mage would be crowd control, but if you have a good warrior, that should never be much of an issue. Paladin auras can be nice, and I especially am addicted to their aggro reducer spell, but still can't compete with a warlock, imo.

Also, Dwarf Priest's fear ward is godly. That is all.

He is asking about OUR guild, which is horde, which needs no stinky paladins. Remember that, or I'll come to your server, grow a warlock up real big, real fast, and PVP you and kill you ever chance I get. Thanks.

Hey, are you still able to reset your talents if you hate your choices? If so how?

Go to your class trainer and tell them you want to reset your talents. It costs $ though.

Druids are awesome

far from useless.

Hunters our guild is overflowing with... p.s. they arent so effective in high end instances/raids etc. if you play hunter make sure you have good melee gear etc, and dont expect to be able to use your pet in alot of area's

I'm a hunter, i use leatherworking, i'm planning on going Dragonscale leatherworking which is very nice mail. For a while i was going to go Elemental, which is high agi leather, but i'm going into Dragonscale with the insane hopes they add paturns for Dragonscale with high agi in mail. Leather just doesn't have enough armor.

And in every spot..i've seen my pet as a usefull addition. In instances, raids, groups, solo'ing, everywhere. Even just as a TM'er, tanker, puller, anything.

Hunters get a wide variety of arrow shots that are usefull to them, and melee as well. Traps with high dot dmg. All kidns of stuff. Not really sure why they aren't classified as a solid DPS, like rogue or Mage. I outdmg mages easy at my level.

I'm level 36 and hit everytime for around 120 with my bow, (while my pet does dmg as well), critting every 3 shots or so for 230+. Mages at my level barely nuked for like 300 every 6 seconds.

So after this latenight rambling, my point i guess is, until you play a hunter to a higher end level and experience a variety of situations, i guess you can't really talk.

In your situation Chanteez, Hunters overflowing in your guild may be a good thing. But in raids, it could be a bad thing, just to see so many fregin pets. :eyecrazy:

Hunters ARE a great DPS class why everyone refuses to recognize that is odd to me. At 47 I constantly crit in the 300 to 500 range and 1000+ with aimed shot. If you dont like your pet You can always get a new one to change its type.
