I'm asstastic.
I lost a LOT of weight DURING my pregnancy, I'm just waiting for the baby room to go away so you can see it in my stomach.
My diet was (I had gallstones and diabetes)
Breakfast : Eggbeater, dry toast, skim milk or water
Snack: Skim milk string chese and a piece of lean lean lean lunch meat.
Lunch : Some kind of lean meat sandwich with fat free mayo or mustard, tortilla chips, some sort of fruit and either tea or water
Snack : More cheese and meat with tea or water
Dinner : Baked LEAN chicken breast with rice or a dry baked potato, veggie of some kind tea or water
Snack : Flavored ice popsicle, some froven juice in a cup I put in earlier or more freaking meat and a pickle or something.
Lost over 20 lbs (couldnt tell exactlly since I was gaining weight with the baby) in 3 months I think. Then lost another 27 lbs after I had her.
Those numbers sound wrong, but its close I think.
