So, I'm absolutely hooked on the Yoplait Light yogurts, and generally have 3 a day, 1 for breakfast (because I have to eat with my vitamins), one at lunch, and one as dessert with dinner. Chable, however, thinks it's too much yogurt to consume, especially since I'm trying to lose weight. I figure it's better than downing ice cream or pudding, and it has calcium.. I don't drink milk, so I need to get it somehow.
So.. is it too much yogurt to eat?
