Ok I love to cook, however my cooking experience has come from my VERY italian family and what we cook has nothing to do with health and everything to do with flavor.
I need some help here. I want to start cooking more healthy food. We are open to trying many things. The one important thing is that we need to keep cheese out of the cooking (I dont eat it). I also dont eat fish but I am more then happy to cook it.
So what do people suggest.
