pisses me off to no end - he can't pay rent or bills, but he can buy a video game. You know there's no excuse for that. You KNOW this.
I know you have been friends with the guy for a while, but seriously, no REAL friend would take advantage of you the way he is (cause you never mentioned that he ever said he was concerned about the matter, which means he's not, which means he's not sorry either).
If he's moving out anyway by the end of the month, I can't say that it'd be really worth it one way or the other at this point to talk with him - 3 months ago would have been different. However, considering the situation, don't be surprised if he suddenly isn't moving out by the end of the month (because of whatever 5 billion excuses there might be). Should that happen, then I would defintely sit him down and talk with him.
If he's a real friend, he'll understand and get off his lazy ass and at LEAST pick up after himself, if not find a job to boot.
