Primarily it is ideological... I find that having a court of seven that is equal and balanced politically and ideiologically is better than one that is skewed one way or the other.... Not perfectly but one that attempts to allow the left and right to be heard and I think the appointment of a strong conservative in the place of a judge that isn't is frustrating....
