Staley hasn't play regularly for two years and Hayes is an unrestricted free agent. While Parker is an exclusive-rights free agent.

Supposely there are three wide receivers worthy of a first round pick: Santonio Holmes Ohio State, Chad Jackson Florida, and Sinorice Moss Miami.
