When I am cycling, it is like clockwork, every 28 days. My cycle was only 21 days this month. Is this something serious I should be concerned about? Please let me know. The only thing I can think of is that I haven't smoked in about 6 months or so, I watch my sugar, carb, and fat intake, and I work out regularly. I don't drink often, but if I do, its a Bud Light or a Michelob Ultra.
