Login troubles

For some reason I cannot log into NT! At my work computer it seems to stay always logged in but when I go home nothing works. I tried to reset my password but when I click the link on the email it says "Not Authorized." Also, If I could please get my username switched to Naethyn instead of Naethyn9 that would be great.
