Try rephrasing that analogy in a way that has some vague ties to the subject at hand.
What I've failed to make a point on was the fact that just because some schools are above par doesnt mean we shouldn't standardize the system. Currently, all schools are state institutes, much like the voting system. If a standard is set across the country that is run from federal source the over all quality of eduction would rise.
