Help anyone?

cannot find anyway to setup new account and no tech support available.Bought new EQ Evolution have tried to setup but when I go to play and press acount to set up account nothing happens.returned bought another one and same thing happens?

The account setup is a lot different now than it used to be. Instead of signing up through the EQ client like it used to be, clicking the account button should launch a browser and account maintenance is now done on the Sony website.
