This is the best preserved one ever found, at least in modern times, from what I understand.

It is pretty astounding how well preserved some of the stuff they find up there is. 50-75 years ago, there was an expedition up there looking for frozen animals, and they found part of a wooly rhinoceros, and members of the expedition actually made wooly rhino stew.

Anyway, the better preserved the specimen, the greater the chance we can actually manage to obtain intact DNA samples. Finding intact DNA of an extinct species is one of the holy grails of paleontology, pretty much.

It is the best preserved baby mammoth from what I read.
I am uncertain if that applies to all frozen mammoths or not.

And you know what happens after that.

Enter Jeff Goldblum.
