Oh she very clearly stated Bin Landen as being the one murdered by Sheihk, there is no doubt there.
Keep in mind what Bhutto was talking about, she was drawing a link to the at the time un-named person in the Pakistani military and individuals known to have been part of various organizations that wanted to see her dead or at the very least prevent her return to Pakistan, and individuals who were the type that would consider murder as a means to achieve this goal. She was talking about this persons relation with Omar Sheihk who's prominence on the world stage is due to a murder, but not that of Bin Laden:
http://www.hinduonnet.com/2002/07/16/stories/2002071604980100.htmI also discovered that the video you linked was not what was actually aired. In the piece that actually ran, the comment about Omar Sheihk being the murderer of Bin Laden was edited out. If she did indeed miss speak Frost nor herself may not have stopped to correct it simply because they knew it would be edited out. She had also moments before mentioned Bin Laden in another discussion and perhaps had his name on her mind. Who knows, perhaps it was a miss-speak perhaps she believed and meant to say what she did. Unfortunately she can't be asked about it now ><.
With the context of the discussion, the people mentioned and the reason for their mention, the lack of retraction either by herself or Frost, the mention in a later interview one day later of someone not likely knowing the whereabouts of Bin Laden (inferring an assumption that he was still alive), I do believe she miss spoke.
That all being said, I don't consider that to be definitive proof he is still alive. A recently released Bin Laden video does not mention her assassination... which if you really wanted to prove a genuine recent video would be something I'd think you would mention. His speech in the video concentrated a lot on Israel, something Bin Laden had picked up the cause of previously and was berated by Yasser Arafat for doing. The video rhetoric somewhat back hands Arafat in that it speaks of the concession of other groups toward Israel, and states that is something Al-Qadea is not willing to do, and that the only acceptable resolution involves the complete removal of Israel. IE I'm suspicious that the recently released video was created a few years ago when Arafat was still alive.
