I have fucked up eating habits.
I rarely eat breakfast, like maybe 3 times a month. I eat a large lunch, 80% of the time, it's blistering hot stir fry with tofu and veggies, 10% it's some form of taco and the other 10% are usually some form of soup and or sandwich. If I get hungry after work, I will eat a salad, cheese and crackers, pita and humus, etc but generally feel sick if I eat a large, rich dinner so I avoid it.
That's it.
I'd be surprised if I ate more than 1300 calories a day BUT...
I drink a fair amount of beer so maintain a small and oh so sexy gut.
