So I took my acoustic in to have some work done. Why i just didnt do it myself i dont know. It needed the nut replaced, intonation set and i wanted the frets slightly filed. the guy is supposed to be a top repair dude in our area and he actually did a decient job, but, when the nut was replaced he didnt square it before he mounted it. I mentioned this when i picked it up and he said its nothing to worry about. Stupid me i should have insisted because the guitar is now back in the shop for the nut. I mentioned that i had pointed this out before and the dude says "oh i remember no problem" yes i have the reciept. he calls me and tells me its ready and guess what? There is a charge for the repair. Hi 90 day repair warranty? the charge is $30 more then the original charge.

there is just about nothing that stresses me out more than handing over my acoustic to someone who will do invasive procedures on it....
i swear my guitar does not hold tuning like it did for the first 7 YEARS that i had it, after i had someone install a pickup in it......
