I've diagnosed myself. I usually do. That kinda money for health care is stupid. Tibetan monks don't have health care.
so I threw my shoulder out a few times-or I did something pretty damaging to it. The result, is that I have a stomach muscle, on the right side that is difficult to stay strong-it's like that section is a little weaker than the rest of my stomach. it's the same for the back muscle that supports it. Both sections haven't been worked on-they've been getting weak this entire time. Not supporting what they should be.
I've found ways to work on that part of my stomach, and the right shoulder and right leg so that it really works it to get it stronger. It's not easy because the breaths I have to take are very deep and that's where the no smoking comes in. I've been doing a pretty good job lately. Last weekend I quit for a few days...had a few this week to satisfy me but because my balance has been even more off-and my dizziness is exhausting-I don't really want the cigarette.
I heard fluid in my ears last night. This explains my dizziness, of course, but how do I get it out? Hydrogen peroxide and physical exercise. It's not easy, again, this right side of my body has been out of line for over a year-so it won't be easy to put it back.
but I've already noticed the dizziness and the clogged feeling and sound of fluid in my right ear going away...because my throat muscle (trapezious?) is finally hanging out in the spot it's supposed to be in. Before, it was a little further back than it should've been-pulling on my side muscles and causing neck cramps and pain.
i know that part is getting better because I can swallow easier.
I don't think I have MS. I know the right side of my body is out of line and weaker than the left side, but I can do my own physical therapy and make it better.
the only thing I'm confused about is the slushing of liquid in my stomach. when everything is almost as tight and put together as it can be-all of a sudden my stomach makes this REALLY LOUD noise of liquid gushing around. that's the part I'm still trying to figure out. usually if I swallow and correct my posture it'll go away.
takes constant focus.
