For arguement's sake and arguement's sake only. Lets say there wasnt any false pretenses. Why then, when learned that none of these WMD's etc actually existing, did we halt operations and begin a pull out? Terrorists?

Yes, the agencies that supported and authorized the war: The Congress, CIA, Foreign intel services, and our own DOD? These were debunked by whom? Code Pink? Activists?Hardly.

Again, if you want to discuss the execution of the war and the incompetence of Rumsfeld, I'll agree. If you want to discuss removing Saddam, and pulling out, I'll also concede that probably would have been wiser. However, when you cite sole far left distortions of the truth with 'Bush Lied' rhetoric and repeat it without any factual support, that part I can't buy, sorry.

Lyion you do realize your sources you are using as proof are biased, right? Do you have something from an unbiased source that backs up your assertion? I think it's a little unrealistic to think that the agencies that supported this are going to admit they are wrong. looks to me like alot of CYA is going on.

Actually, in retrospect, this whole arguement is moot unless Bush and his adminstration are going to get just due. Never happen.
