when i got home last night i discovered that my digital cable and internet had been shut off
seems as though when i switched my banking from wells fargo to a local credit union back in november, i set up automatic payment for every bill EXCEPT the cable bill. as a result, it's been since then that i've made any payments
i haven't called them yet because they'll probably want the full payment for what i missed, and i can't quite afford to do that until next week. in the meantime, i can still watch TV because they only turned off the DIGITAL cable - my old RCA tube TV plugged into the coax jack still works fine. and i can get on the net via my phone, so w/e, no big rush
it would be silly to be pissed about it, of course, so i'm not - only thing that gets me is why they didn't try calling or sending a letter or something? "hey dude, fyi, we tried to charge your bank account and it was rejected, might wanna check into that" wouldn't have been so hard. plus, i've got a new episode of Archer sitting on my DVR that i can't watch >_<
