So.. what do you think

I think leveling in WoW is too easy.. I wish there was more content at lower levels.. more dungeons.. more things to see, more places to go... I wish the whole game progressed more slowly. It's a big world, but it's not big enough, imo.

60 in 7-8 days played casually is too easy...

If the leveling curve remains this easy, I'm afraid of seeing a lot of tards meeting end game content far sooner than they did in EQ. Sure, maybe 95 percent of raid content is instanced, but still, a month or two after release, the majority of the servers population will be 60, and with no alternate forms of progression, the only thing left to do is farm loot or do tradeskills, both of which I am already bored with.

The game is great, but it's kind of like Diablo, once you get to a certain point, it just doesn't hold your interest anymore.

I almost want talent points to be like AA's, or to have to quest for them, or something... just getting them as you level makes it too simple.

What do you guys think? Who on NT is actually level 60 in WoW anyways?

I guess this goes to prove that it is much easier on Alliance than it is on Horde side.

Taxx is 50, I am 38 and we have been playing since Beta 1.

You also don't live in your parents basement, you do shower, and you aren't trying to 'win'.

Levelling in WOW is fine. With the added Hero system, endgame encounters, and raid content, I think they'll keep people busy for a while.

Those who want to play 18 hours a day until they max level will do so. They'll miss some amazing Quest content, and very good storylines, and get that EQ competition feeling.

And yes, Alliance is much easier to level in than Horde.

I played more than 1 character, I have a full time job. 7-8 days casually my fucking ass. I play 4 hours a night everyday pretty much although a lot of the time I'm helping out guild friends. I could have been 60 as well as Kizzy a long time ago if we wanted but there are priorities in life, and WoW isn't one of them. With that being said, I had a Night Elf Rogue I got to level 22 in about half the time it took me for my Undead.

As has been said numerous times Alliance = easy mode.

If you're getting 60 in a week, you're not playing casually.

I have nightelf druid, level 60 and it sure as hell didnt take me a week to level up and i play casually. 3-4 hours a night. not even close

sure can get ten levels as tauren or human np in 5 hours but slows down later, higher you get. Mind you priest would be easier because easier to get groups for instances, which is better exp overall than soloing.

5 person group > solo > duo

I'd be forced to disagree with your thoughts on instances being better exp however. I have found that exterior mobs in hordes are far faster to clear through as you can focus on raw dps rather than worrying about moving forward and pulling too many.

7-8 days played.. that's 168-192 hours of total gameplay, not over the course of one week >_<

I started a Tauren warrior on pvp server, to get a feel for the leveling difference, so far it's the same if not easier, plus im mining and blacksmithing this time instead of purely leveling.

I can't seem to find it but I read that on the offical boards they made the leveling curve smaller on purpose. I'll keep looking for it though

i'm pretty sure i read there were going to be adjustments to the amount of exp needed when it goes live. For testing purposes it makes it easier to test higher level stuff in shorter time if people can achieve high levels faster.

Keep in mind, there is alot of content that wont be implemented as well till it goes live.
