Moorgard posted the following on the Official EQII Boards:
"To address some intermittent problems we have experienced on our servers this evening, we will be bringing the EverQuest II English-language servers down for maintenance at 3:00 AM PST on November 11, 2004. The expected downtime is four hours, so please take the opportunity to relax and catch some sleep while the servers are down. During this time, we will be working to resolve the issues and will also perform a game update.
We apologize for the issues you are experiencing, as well as for the upcoming downtime. Thank you for being patient and bearing with us while we experience a few growing pains. See you in Norrath after the servers are back up.
