I know this is out of left field but.

Has anyone considered they dont want to be contacted? Or atleast that Goose might not want to be contacted. I sadly beleive that Captain has passed away.

It's just so unbelievable. He was so young. It's hard for us to deal with. I guess what we want is som real confirmation. Who is to say that email from his company wasn't a hoax? On the other hand, Goose was his best friend and maybe he just needs time to mourn himself. I guess we just all want some sort of proof. I am sure that no matter what was posted we would all still have our doubts, but that is because it is just so unbelievable. Does that make sense? Guess we are all in denial.

The thing is, I think NT was a big enough part of his life that if he IS dead, Goose or whoever should have made a public statement about it. I have had many friends die over the years and I did my best to spread the word to people I thought would care, which most of us obviously do. I'm not saying we are owed anything but when someone that's an almost daily part of your life, whether you "know" them IRL or not disappears or passes away, it's kind of sad that here we are over a month later, wondering what the real story is.

There's also natural to wanna know why and what happened so you can come to grips with it and let it go.

Ralf and I haven’t been in very close contact the past year but I did get a call from his sister that he was in a head on car crash and it was pretty bad. He spent a few weeks in the hospital but couldn’t pull through. Yeah it sucks. Please let everyone know.
