there's a bit of a difference between 1st year on the job when you're 18-22 and 1st year on the job when you're 40+

A huge percentage of people change careers once or twice in their lifetimes and around that age as well. Then again, this is like Mindia's 3rd or 4th career if I'm not mistaken.

Screen printer for 10 years, cop for 3 years, car salesman for 2 years, carpenter for 4 years, insurance worker for 2 years, and now in transportation. I don't care what you douchebags say about my industry or how many times I switched careers. All I know is that my paychecks net about $1200/wk. and it pays the bills and allows me to save a nice chunk of change and still put into the 401k at work.

Sysco pays ok. I work for a specialized division of Sysco called Sygma. We make a lot more than they do. Sysco is a union shop. They are with the Teamsters, and they top out at $23 an hour. I wouldn't do what I do for only $23/hr.

I wish I made 45 dollars an hour :(

lol drivers dont get paid specifically by wage only, experienced drivers with a couple routes make 60-80k a year.

We are on component pay. We get paid on a number of factors such as weight, miles, number of stops, etc. $60k/yr. is the absolute minimum you would make at Sygma. Some guys are making $2200-2400/wk. They are animals though and live for their job.

Go get a Class A commerical DL and apply here:

Actually, Mindia, Brinstar works with the local police department, I believe it is, in their drug rehabilitation unit. He helps addicts get clean and people who are recovering stay that way. He gets to make a huge positive difference in a lot of people's lives. I think he has some weight to throw around in the social benefits impact of chosen employment, actually.

i look at it this way, If Mindia enjoys his fucking job more power to him. I have done work I am not proud of and I have done work I am very proud of. To be honest I doubt i could do what he does. One thing to be said for them is I alway try my best to make sure at the end of the day I sleep sound knowing I have done my job to the best of my abilities.

Same goes for Harrison, both of them enjoy their jobs and thats all that should be said.

Now...Harrison. You have not shipped me my boat yet, you dick. I expect it in the marina before April

To be honest I don't really care what people do for a living, but if Mindia and Finny want to sling shit at people and judge them, they should expect to get the same treatment right back at them.
