I actually agree with Tacks on this one. Places like bars are shifty as is. It's pretty stupid to go to one alone and stay there drinking then leave and walk home at 2am. While I can understand that you should have every right to do that, its a pretty stupid thing to do in today's society. Imagine if it wasn't Harrison but it was a girl wearing a provocative outfit. It would be wrong if she had gotten raped but would it have been a shock that it happened? No. Walking around an area with drunk people at 2am is increasing the likelihood of an incident.

edit: i think the point is that random acts of violence are just that-- random. these dudes probably decided to jump the next person that walked by alone, and it just happened to be harrison. could've been you, could've been me, could've been your slut of a sister. not to mention, money might not have been the main motive anyway, as lots of gangs use assault as part of initiation rites.

Maybe someone mentioned this already but wasn't Jodie Foster in a flick like this, you know, you go to a place, looking a certain way, doing certain things, etc. You're sort of asking for it.

Again though, hope you're feeling better Harri and I'm glad they caught the guys. Maybe next time don't look like someone who owns a boat or has a shipping business when you're near at a bar by the docks.
