Could someone briefly summarize how this thread, just like so many others, got derailed into a conversation about religion without me having to read the pages sandwiched between the original article and the wordswordswordswords posted on the last page?

People started to say how bad liberals were and that this is just another product of the liberals (Very much wasn't as it was passed my Bush, and backed by Bush, given extra funding by Bush). Anyway, I gave a definision of liberalism. Midia piped up with being a liberal is being evil. Then to prove that when questioned he brought up religion. This Polotical thread becoming a religious thread.

Some people would find this a true statement if you replaced liberal and liberalism with "Mindia". Like this:

In fact, Christianity has been one of the great salvations on planet Earth. It's what's necessary in the Middle East. Others have written about it, I think these people need to be forcibly converted to Christianity but I'll get here a little later, I'll move up to that. It's the only thing that can probably turn them into human beings.

Whats funny is that some of that stuff he said does make logical sense, but is completely politically uncorrect. For example it would be a rather good idea to keep complete morons from voting. Why should stupid people decide how the country runs? Really they probably use up 95 percent of their daily allowance of brain power just tying their shoes.

Gimme a break. You liberals need to take a hard look at how you're tearing this country apart and bringing it to its knees.

I used to listen to him on my way home, before station that he was on became Air America(liberal/dem only). And both Right Wing station on Sirius don't have him, so it's been a while.

The Democrats are not taring this county apart. The republicans are not tearing this county apart. Everyone is in a range. The people who are tearing this county apart are the extreme conservatives like him and the extreme liberals. There are very few of each, but they are what is killing the country. Contrary to what you beleive, all liberals are not extremists.

Michael Savage is a rabid dog. He came on the air one day and I listened to about 10 minutes before I turned him off.
