K-Fed filed papers today asking for spousal support and sole custody of the kids.

He wont get the support, they have an iron clad prenup. As for custody, I doubt he has a chance and is only doing it so he can try to get child support. He is touring the world promoting his new (and I use this word loosely) album. She wouldh ave custody of the kids during that time anyway.
