I had a breast reduction about 2 years ago and the cup size really isn't that much smaller than it was then. That is with 80lbs gone. I'll hopefully drop another 50 - 60 so we will see what happens if the get any smaller. Mostly just the band around is what seems to be shrinking. Now that I'm on the Lupron though and dealing with the endo issue I might be stuck here for a bit too.

-103 lbs today
I honestly don't even bother to weigh myself that much anymore. I'm losing much more slowly now but that doesn't bother me either. Exercise is still inconsistent and I need to make it consistent! My eating is great though.
I'm in the high 170's. People are shocked when I tell then what I weigh still. They always ask where the hell I put it. Haha.. clothes are a great thing... so are stockings and good underwear!! That gives me my flat tummy! I do want to look good naked though! Would like to someday get to 130-140. BF is around 28%-30% I think. I need to go get a real measurement. I have lots to work on to get that down another 10-15%. All in good time.. it will happen.
Last week I spoke in front of 150 University of Maryland 1st year med students with my surgeon about all the complexities of weight loss surgery and how it has changed my life. I shared about the stress that the change can have on the relationships along with all the positive physical and emotional changes. What a ride it has been. I just can't believe I am coming up on my 1 year re-birthday on april 19th. It has been cool being able to share the journey with you guys.

just remeber to draw a permanent line as to where you are and what you want to be and dont cross it.
Reason I say this is weight loss can be addictive for some fucked up reason. I just dont wanna see you looking like the love child of Tracy Gould and Karen Carpenter. Just becareful is all hun.

This is Beautiful....
This is not. The chick on the bottom has less meat on her then a chicken McNugget.

Once your ribs show its not sexy anymore. I used to look like the bottom pic where my ribs would show, I gained a bit and am happy with how I look now, nice body without bones sticking out.

You say things in a manner that are not very sensative to whoever is receiving the message. (Basically what it means.)

I got what you meant, I don't think stacy could possibly take that the wrong way. though I can't speak for her.
but while I agree that stacy is hot and that kate moss is too skinny, I don't see anything wrong with a bone protruding. there isn't a gauge to measure how much is too skinny unless you consider the average weight in ratio to height or body fat. whichever is being used now...or unless of course the person as an eating disorder.
I weigh 127 (as of two days ago at the dr office on a digital scale) and I am 5'8. you can see my collar bone, my ribs (to a certain degree-I have small boobs hehe so I can't help it) and my pelvis. you can also see muscle mass in my shoulders, arms and stomach...so where someone might find seeing a bone is unattractive or unhealthy even...it's just my frame. I think it can be sexy on the right person, and I'm not tooting my own horn here, I am using myself as an example because I know that my weight seems like a lot when people learn I'm so close to 130-they say "omg really?? you look like you weigh 110 lbs!!"
People do not walk around with their weight written on their foreheads and need not do so, because that number means nothing. I am a healthy, almost 130lb chick who has plenty of muscle mass to meet the thinness a bone would show from. it's not the mark of unsexy..plenty of people find that area of the female body very sexy.
however, too skinny is def too skinny when you look malnourished or over-drugged and under-slept.

i agree with ashly, it's all in how you carry it. i weigh about 155 on my 5'8 frame and i think i carry it well. *shrug* i'd also like to be in 140s or 130s but if i don't make it it's no longer a huge deal.

Yeah you can see lines of my collar bone, I just ment having your ribs jut out like a sick cattle is going to far. A slight showing of the ribs is fine, some people are built different :P

Wow! Congrats on breaking past the 100 mark Stayce! This has been a fast year. It feels like it was only a couple months ago that you were talking about the surgery being done (then again, I spent all day yesterday thinking it was Wednesday...)
You look absolutely incredible, and that shows in more than just the physical results

Well I had emergency admit and surgery to get my gall bladder out last week. From that time to today I dropped another 10lbs... insane. I did hit my surgeons 1 year weight loss expectation for me though based on the rate/curve I was losing at month 3 and 6. Took an extra month (13 months post op tomorrow) but no biggie. So start weight was 283. Today I am 173 but have gone as low as 169. I'm going to stick with the 173 number b/c I think the 169 was just a fluid drop from being sick.. so total lbs down now are 110 in 13 months. I'm a size 10 -12 but also slipping into a couple of 8's now. Again, I expect to start to maintain once I hit the 135 - 145 range. I'd like to do that within this 2nd year. Also trying to get that BF% down further. Soon as I am all recovered from this gall bladder thing I am kicking the exercise back into high gear.
