80 Days now. How's everyone holding up? I had a close call at a bar when I was walking in a bunch of people were smoking near the entrance and I really considered bumming one. That was like 2 weeks ago.

try zyban and the patch together..plus get rid of ALL ashtrays..and ALL cigs
also, don't hang with folks who smoke for about a month

Cold turkey. It was affecting my workout and the significant improvement and results rom quitting motivate me to stay off cigs. If you really don't want to quit, you won't.

It's rather difficult not to hang around people that smoke here. It's much more common than it is in the States.
Anyways, cigs and alcohol are going up in price by 10% soon. I'm contemplating using the price increase as motivation to quit =P

I also heard RM9 per pack. The same guy told me 10%. Neither percentage works if it's going up to RM9 though. I'm not pissed about cigs going up. It's probably a good thing. I'm damn pissed about alcohol going up though. It's already fucking expensive in this country.

It's rather difficult not to hang around people that smoke here. It's much more common than it is in the States.
No disrespent, hun..but this is bullshit. I know two people who don't smoke and one of them only quit because he had a heart attack at 30 years old. Too many people smoke in this country.
Also, you can stay away from them by staying home and doing spring cleaning or writing a book. Perhaps you knit?
