I had food poisoning for a week straight two weeks ago. It was terrible. I spent three of the days vomiting all over my bedroom. I couldn't control my shit; so I just randomly shat in my pants.

My boss and his son came into work the other day onhis day off. He asked me to go to lunch with them, and I said ok. So we go to lunch and his son eats nothing, because he wasnt feeling well. We talked mostly about business, etc. We get back tot eh store, and we are sitting, and right in the middle of a converstaion about some things he wanted done, he tells me he has to leave. His son needed to use the rest room, I told him there was a restroom around the corner, and he said, "Look lady. I sharted" It took alot to restrain the laughter. I asked my boss the next day why he kept our lunch appointment ifhis son was sick, and he said becaue his son thought it was a date and didn't want to ruin it for his Dad because he thougth I was hot. I blushed.

While Paul and Evermore make some damn good points - I still stand behind my opinion.
If you're having to debate whether or not you should or shouldn't sign a prenup - you really should not be getting married at this point.

On one hand, I'd say...
Holy shit, fuck him...
He has no money now, but will eventually get money... and he wants a prenup (which protects in case of a failed marriage) to prevent you from getting money that he doesn't even have yet? That's like, 9 negatives there... wtf are you thinking? Fuck that shit.
But then...
The prenup I'm signing is basically the same thing. I'm marrying into a disgustingly wealthy family and Jen is 'eventually' going to be worth an insane amount of dough.
Oh, I'm engaged everyone, cong me. Sorry no thread, I started typing it up but it got really long and I got bored... lots of pictures if anyone cares... but that's a thread hijack, so anyway, back on topic...
So, I'm signing one because let's say Granddad passes away 8 years into our marriage. His will likely sets up a trust for his grandkids. Jen, and her two brothers... Her oldest brother Justin has 2 kids by then, Garrett the middle child has none but is married. Jennifer and I have 4 strapping lads. The legal arrangements SHOULD provide ME with nothing. That's family money (land, actually) that's 5 generations old. Why the fuck should I be entitled to it? Jen and her kids are, and that's who would be listed in the trust... and that's who would be protected by the original prenup. That way, I couldn't just have Jen killed as soon as she inherits the money and run off to Tahiti with my NEW 20 year old gf and newfound fortune.

The fact of the matter is though... a good shark of a lawyer will tear a prenup apart and he/she will still get a huge chunk of the pie.

Or just ask me. I already saw 6 loopholes in Vonk's post in one glance. Asian remember?

If the stereotype of Asians is knowing where to find loopholes, I am getting an Asian accountant when I grow up.
And BY THE WAY!!!
Congratulations, Vonk! I am glad you have met someone wonderful and I wish you guys an awesome future full of great sex and cash money!

Yes, but if she said to you, "If you don't sign this I'll give it all to my brother cuz I don't want you to
take it" you'd feel pretty shitty. Saying it's been in my family yadda yadda years is one thing. Saying I don't want you to 'take' it is quite another.
BTW...GRATZ!!!! Is this the chick who's daddy and bro came looking for at your place?

In my case it was unavoidable. I took an entire garbage bag full of puked on and shity laundry to the laundry mat when I was feeling better. They just loved me!

hmmm, that's interesting . . . where in asia are you from?

I made Maartrae sign a prenup but only thing on it was my balls and my dick...I want those three things back from her. Might need them later.
