I spent way to much time as it is in the house. I'm willing to bet that a hell of a lot more people smoke in Malaysia per capita than in the U.S. It is more difficult to avoid it here, but it's not impossible.

well we have been cutting it off in our restaurants...

i see your point about always being home..perhaps you should go to the beach more often..or climb a flight of stairs over and over....

whatever you guys do..seriously, if i can quit..anyone can. i have been smoking since I was five years old and that is no exaggeration.

I am still not smoking. I can run, sing, dance, climb stairs a plenty, exercise without dying...I love life. I hate smoke now, though. Which kind of sucks because it keeps me even more anti social than I was before.

Guys..I seriously feel like a new woman.

First thing is to get rid of ashtrays. Second thing is to agree with yourself that you are done with smoking. It has controlled your life long enough. You had your time with it, now you want time with something better. Admit to yourself that it is only an object. Find things to do when you would normally smoke. I exercised. I was going insane and the energy from going insane went right into my leg lifts. Not only did I quit smoking cold turkey, but I also lost weight and now my legs are getting to be hard as a rock again. I am loving it.

You have to want to quit. You have to be able to say to yourself, in your angriest moments,"This trivial bullshit is NOT going to fuck up my progress."

It isn't as hard as you think it is. Honestly.
