That was my favorite.

The look on Biden's face (in both shots) is priceless.

this is off MSN so you'll have to deal with the first 15s

Seriously though, is this not a bit over the line, IMO she is using Trig as a tool or instrument of political gain. I hadn't really seen or read anything like it prior, I also realize I'm a slanted on my perspective of her and why I'm interested to hear other opinions.

I didn't watch it yet, but honestly I've had that feeling ever since her RNC address. I was sitting there watching it disgusted because I just couldn't believe how she was using her infant as a means to get votes, because it's blatantly obvious that's what she was doing. Addressing voters and saying that they'll have a champion in the white house because she has a special needs baby - it sat really badly with me, but I'm sure I'm biased because of my own experiences with special needs people - I resent using these people as ornaments, it's just gross.

I'm still failing to understand how having an infant with Down's syndrome automatically makes Palin "More qualified than most" to deal with the issue of Autism students, which is something McCain said more than once last night. How in the freak does Autism tie into Downs and how does someone with a special needs infant automatically understand the challenges of people with special needs school age children. That's pandering and using of the worse kind.

HOW DARE YOU QUESTION HER EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BABY!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE!!!

"Six months of raising a special needs child" is to "real experience in raising a special needs child"
like
"Less than two years as the governor of Timbuktu (Alaska)," is to "real experience necessary to be the next Vice President."

It's like... I had a friend who married a guy right as he joined the Air Force. Within 10 days of living on base, her myspace page was covered in "Military wives have it so hard... YOU DON'T KNOW, CIVVY" posts. Blogs about, "life with the widows..." That kind of stuff... 10 days...

Very :teehee: and  at the same time.

That is a perfect analogy :ugh:.
