Glad they didn't get the wrong address Tik, but if you have neighbors getting hit with "bombs", I'd think about moving :p
I don't think it was an actual bomb
I think it was probably just some bad wiring that caused a bit of fire, and the gas tank ended up blowing
that being said, it could have easily been someone tossing a fireball type thing into the window, then the gas tank blowing
