I'm the Site Admin now and looking at migration options, since Mike is on hiatus due to real life.

The current posts will most likely be blown away and we'll just transfer the user list as is to the new phpBB2 board, wherever it is.

Expect changes around the end of the month.

Hey-so the posts will vaporize? there's some good shit on here--no way to back it up etc?

Also, is there a ballpark figure on what is a fair share everyone can donate to help out with whoever is running the show when it goes to wherever it's going? I'm ready to fork over funds, but not if it's going to be a heavily moderated heap of faggotry. (I'm sure I am in the minority but figured I'd mention it anyways.)

I understand a board ravaged by chaos is not worth a shit but there has to be a happier medium.

I have the database backed up and I'd like to migrate NT with the current posts. However, that depends on how fubar mysql is with the current problems and different revs of different modules.

I'm going to work with Gidan <who has Site Admin privs> and start migration this week before NT runs out again.
