i'm not saying the kid shouldn't be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

but getting jacked by a police vehicle is a bit beyond the fullest extent of the law, and crosses the line into "unnecessary force"

regardless, the first thing i thought of when i saw the video was "OH SNAP!"

I wondered because as of late, if you have Howard Stern, it also means you have Sirius radio and it's interesting how people resent you for having it- but swear they don't want it. (there isn't anyone here to laugh about the funny stuff with!)

I heard the revelations show, and I almost peed my pants I laughed so hard. "does anybody want to hear about Benji's revelation?" "...NOPE, hahahahaha"

Does a flying leap across the line. Then again, we don't know what he did prior to the video. For all we know he could have shot at some cops or something before making it into that large open field.

Or, as the video clearly stated, it was wet. Perhaps the truck slid, accidently, into him

Not sure how old that video was but that guy is going to be laughing his ass to the bank once he and his lawer get that video.

I'm all for what it takes to get the bad guy down, and this guy was owned for true, but in the end, the cop will probably get fired and the "bad guy" will have one big bank role once he gets out.

Unless he had a gun, that cop should be arrested for attempted murder. You can't tell me that if the cop, in his truck, got 15' in front of him, and jumped out, he couldn't have stopped the dude, the guy looked overweight and somewhat sloth-like for crying out loud LOL.

Stupid cop if you ask me.
