I think its a secret (not so secret) Israeli defense policy. In the story of Samson, he pulls the walls down around himself and the Phillistines (?) in the end. I think it basically means, if a middle-eastern country launches and hits Israel with a nuclear weapon, Israel will then proceed to destroy the entire middle east, all countries.

Maybe he could knock out a New Orleans cartoon too. He could go accept an award for it among the rubble of the 9th Ward.

Major difference being Katrina was a natural disaster, and Islamic extremists are human trash...
